How long can I store breastmilk in the Breastmilk Storage Bag?
The storage guideline is as below:

How do I thaw frozen breastmilk?
It is recommended to thaw the breastmilk by removing the frozen breastmilk from freezer and placing it in
the refrigerator to allow the breastmilk to turn into a liquid state before warming up. The breastmilk can
also be thawed in a bowl of hot water (around 40 degrees).
However, it is advised not to use hot/boiling water or heat it on a stovetop to thaw as it may destroy the nutrients in the breast milk. It is
recommended to freeze the breast milk storage bag flat as it may make the thawing process quicker.
